Description

Day 1 (12/27/2026): Departure from Algiers to Tamanrasset; welcome and transfer to the Tahat Hotel (breakfast included). Day 2 (12/28/2026): Breakfast, then departure for a hike on the Assekrem through a lunar landscape of peaks. Picnic at the Afilale guelta, then continue on. Arrival and check-in at the mountain hut. Dinner and overnight stay. Day 3 (12/29/2026): Sunrise—one of the most beautiful in the world! Breakfast, then departure for the Foutes Wadi; first campsite at the entrance to the Tassili n’Hoggar (in tents). Day 4 (12/30/2026): After breakfast, we venture deeper into the Tassili toward the Tinakachaker natural site, where sand dunes meet the rocks, via El Ghessour. Camping. 5th day (12/31/2026): Return to Tamanrasset, with a picnic along the way. A short stop, then we head to the Tagmart site, where we’ll set up camp for New Year’s Eve, featuring entertainment by a local troupe. Dinner. Camp (in tents). Day 2 (01/01/2027): After a lie-in, breakfast, then departure for Abalessa to visit the tomb of Queen Tinhinane. Picnic. Return to downtown Tamanrasset. City tour. Check-in at the hotel for dinner and a short break, then transfer to the airport for the flight to Algiers on 01/02/2027. Boarding assistance. End of our services.
